The dust effect is achieved by using the Cam 1998 application. It is available for download from the App Store and Play Store. Either iOS or Android users can use this app.

This preset was tested on various types of photos to make sure that it works on all kinds of photos. But every picture has different lighting, so it is normal for adjustments to be made after applying this preset.

Tips: Tweak color grading if you want to change the warm (color > grading > highlights > adjust blending/balance).

How to download and use Lightroom preset in Android and iPhone:

Step 1: Click the Dropbox or Google Drive download link.

Step 2: Fill in the password.

Step 3: Export to Lightroom

Step 4: Tap the three dots icon in the top right of the screen, then select copy the settings and paste them into your photo or you can select to create a preset, this will allow you to save the preset in the preset editing option of the app for use on other images.
